Cancellation Policy
Flight ticket cancellations are governed strictly by the respective airline’s rules and fare conditions. Cancellation charges differ based on the airline, fare type, sector, and time of cancellation. Domestic and International flight tickets may have different cancellation charges.
In case of ticket cancellation, airline cancellation fees will be deducted as applicable. Additionally, a service or processing fee may be charged by the booking agency. Some discounted, promotional, or special fare tickets may be non-refundable or partially refundable.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original mode of payment after receiving confirmation from the airline. The refund processing time generally takes 7 to 14 working days, depending on airline approval and banking procedures.
Partially used tickets, no-show cases, or last-minute cancellations may attract higher charges or may not be eligible for any refund.
